Our vision is to multiply healthy, sustainable churches in every under-resourced area of the world. Starting in Hampton Roads, Virginia, we plan to expand globally, partnering with local leaders to equip and grow churches, multiplying followers of Jesus and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Our mission is to equip under-resourced churches with the tools and systems to grow and multiply. By providing essential support services and leadership development, we help churches increase their ministry and mission capacity, empowering them to make disciples and plant new churches.

Multiply is an accelerator organization that partners deeply with churches to provide support through family-like relationships, capacity-building services, and proven systems for multiplication. Unlike traditional accelerators, Multiply engages hands-on, helping churches grow followers, leaders, and new churches effectively.

Multiply’s 3F Training System equips churches to multiply through three key pathways: Followership, Leadership, and Multiplication. This unique, time-tested system nurtures followers of Jesus, develops leaders, and helps churches multiply healthily. The process adapts to each church’s needs and context.

Multiply’s partnership strategy empowers churches to grow by offering tools, resources, and services that increase their capacity for mission and ministry.
